Remuneration Policy

As World Without Obstacles is a non‐profit organisation without a regular source of income, the board members agree not to claim any remuneration from the NGO. As much as possible, they will also carry the cost for their NGO related travels. In April 2016 board members have agreed to donate a monthly contribution to their abilities to cover the NGO’s fixed overhead cost (office rent, phone, internet, photocopy, salary and travel cost for one support staff member). Lodging for volunteers will be provided free of cost by the NGO at home stays (food & accommodation provided), but no remuneration will be given. Volunteers are asked for a donation to their own financial abilities to cover administrative cost of the NGO related to their period of stay.
